1. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule:
- 20% booking amount
- 70% before dispatch
- 10% after installation
- Prices are inclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.
2. Order & Delivery
- Orders will be processed only after receiving the booking amount.
- Delivery timelines depend on product availability and location.
- Any delay caused due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., transportation issues, supplier delays) will be communicated promptly.
3. Installation & Warranty
- Installation services are available upon request.
- Products come with a standard warranty (as mentioned in the warranty card).
- Warranty does not cover damages due to mishandling, improper usage, or unauthorized modifications.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch; however, the booking amount is non-refundable.
- No refunds or replacements for products damaged due to customer negligence.
5. Service & Maintenance
- Regular maintenance is recommended for optimal performance.
- Service charges may apply for repairs or post-warranty support.
6. Liability & Disputes
- Aqua Solutions is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from product misuse.
